One of our client, private company running unique, dynamic, interactive modern technical museum in centre of Prague is looking for an Executive Manager. Are you an enterprising manager with proven experience in sales combined with marketing strongly business results driven with great interest in the technical environment and ICT products? Job duties include: • Participate on creating sales and marketing stratégy. • Develop a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization. • Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction. • Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization. • Strategic planning in order to support service level, maximizing operations and client satisfaction. • Financial planning, preparation of the budget and continuous supervision of the financial status, profit and loss responsibility. • Pursue the development of new business and marketing leads, contacts and presentations; seek opportunities to expand services locally and internationally. • Manage small operational team. • Build rapports and positive working relationships with co-workers, clients and executive management. • Set up, monitor and manage targets for sales and operational division. • Responsibility for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the company. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills, experiences: • Relevant education. • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in senior sales/marketing role. • Demonstrable business results and experience . • Knowledge of marketing in terms of building brand awareness, services empowerment, event management. • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills, proven negotiation skills at national and international levels. • Strategic thinker with great ability to implement business strategy into practice. • Business acumen and overall understanding of business/operational processes and independencies. • Strong focus on customers and high results orientation. • Diligence, independence and loyalty to the employer. • Proactive approach. • Ability to be innovative. • An optimistic nature.
