As a child, I used to visit my mum at the local cultural center where she worked. Aside from
the copy machine, I fell in love with one other thing at the center—the cinema, which captured
all of my attention and filled most of my free time. It wasn’t long before I moved from
watching films to trying to shoot my own.
During my study of visual communication and several years of art directing, I learned and
mastered the various techniques which I used on projects for brands such as VW, ING,
PEPSI, Snickers, Finlandia, Samsung, D.A.S., and others, or on a project in cooperation with
In my work I combine narrative storytelling with strong visuality, no matter if it is a pure
talent performance, animation, or a mix of both. In the beginning there is always the idea
and emotion, and on the basis of these I look for the best way to tell the story.
The reason for the eclecticism in my work is my belief that there is always a chance to try
and do something new with each project and make the process as fresh as possible so
I can push myself to learn.
