P\u0159ijmou to klienti? A co kdy\u017e se projekt rozroste? Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee na to existuje syst\u00e9m. M\u00e1te za sebou podobn\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky, rozum\u00edte jejich pr\u016fb\u011bhu a um\u00edte odhadnout \u010dasovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. Co kdy\u017e klient za\u010dne p\u0159id\u00e1vat dal\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky a vy je budete muset d\u011blat \u201ev cen\u011b\u201c? Tohle riziko ale nevych\u00e1z\u00ed z projektov\u00e9ho nacen\u011bn\u00ed jako takov\u00e9ho, ale z nedostate\u010dn\u011b definovan\u00e9ho zad\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud m\u00e1te <strong>jasn\u011b nastaven\u00fd rozsah pr\u00e1ce a pravidla pro zm\u011bny<\/strong>, d\u00e1 se podobn\u00fdm situac\u00edm dob\u0159e p\u0159edej\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak spo\u010d\u00edtat projektovou cenu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektovou cenu nikdy nenastavujte odhadem. <strong>Vych\u00e1zejte z vlastn\u00edch dat<\/strong>. Projd\u011bte si posledn\u00ed podobn\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky a rozd\u011blte je na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Z\u00edsk\u00e1te tak jasn\u00fd p\u0159ehled o tom, kolik \u010dasu v\u00e1m ve skute\u010dnosti zabere nejen samotn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, ale i komunikace, re\u0161er\u0161e nebo \u00fapravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do v\u00fdpo\u010dtu <strong>zahr\u0148te i aktivity, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed stranou<\/strong> \u2013 e-maily a hovory s klientem, zapracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednek, \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed na podklady nebo drobn\u00e9 \u00fapravy nad r\u00e1mec zad\u00e1n\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto polo\u017eky maj\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv na to, jestli projektovou cenu nastav\u00edte realisticky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakmile m\u00e1te rozpad pr\u00e1ce i \u010dasovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost, se\u010dt\u011bte jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a <strong>p\u0159idejte rezervu<\/strong> pro ne\u010dekan\u00e9 situace. Pokud to nevymez\u00edte hned na za\u010d\u00e1tku, za\u010dne se postupn\u011b na projekt nabalovat dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a po chv\u00edli zjist\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00e1te naprosto neudr\u017eitelnou hodinovku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed jen popsat v\u00fdsledek pr\u00e1ce. Pot\u0159ebujete si tak\u00e9 nastavit hranice \u2013 <strong>co p\u0159esn\u011b dod\u00e1te, kolik kol \u00faprav je v cen\u011b a jak budete \u0159e\u0161it zm\u011bny v zad\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.
