Description:

-drive the transformation of the current learning taxonomy into a simpler, more transparent end-to-end process, aligning with product strategy development and execution.
-Define and Standardize the Taxonomy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a clear, harmonized taxonomy that aligns with business goals, simplifies processes, and enhances usability across the organization.
-Analyze and Streamline Existing Structures: Conduct an as-is analysis of current taxonomies and metadata structures to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
-Work closely with different teams to ensure the taxonomy meets diverse needs, resolves conflicts, and is widely adopted.
-Design the taxonomy to accommodate future growth, new content types, and evolving business requirements.
-Focus on simplifying workflows by reducing redundancies and ensuring the taxonomy integrates seamlessly with backoffice tools.
-Drive Iterative Refinement: Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine the taxonomy.
-Promote Governance and Consistency: Develop governance models and best practices for maintaining the taxonomy over time to avoid fragmentation.
-Align the taxonomy with broader initiatives such as the central catalog and modularization efforts to maximize business impact.
-Define and Prioritize Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business needs while ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic goals.
-Roll out the taxonomy and gather insights from its performance in a live environment.
-Help the operation with the new taxonomy, ensuring smooth onboarding and initial usage.
-Maintain and Evolve the Builder Tool: support with the Builder tool used to manage and enrich content on learning.sap.com with metadata. Ensure that the tool aligns with the new taxonomy concepts, facilitating a seamless transition. This includes maintaining current functionality while gradually introducing enhancements to support the harmonized taxonomy and new processes.
