Customer behavior is an amazing puzzle and as a marketing & sales specialist, I couldn't be more passionate about finding the way to a human's brain. From the stage of "I want this product" till the turning point of "I need this product and I will buy it" goes a long way and it is part of my job to design the customer journey and the strategies that go along. and... you know when you bake a cake and the job is not completed until you the top is done? Here my job is not done yet too! As a digital & marketing specialist, is essential to try different recipes until the moment we get to the magic ingredients that will make our product desired and, consequently, convert into a sale! Sometimes can be an interesting tip on Google, sometimes can be a helpful video on Facebook but we never stop analyzing & optimizing all the actions taken. By last, we can never forget: more difficult than acquiring a new client is to keep the existing happy!
