Throughout my 20-year tenure in the IT industry, resilience and curiosity have been my guiding forces, complementing my studies in Anthropology. My expertise goes beyond basic use, covering architecture, implementation, change management, and adoption. During budget constraints, I've created in-house ticketing systems, project frameworks, educational content, and more. This has led to substantial cost savings for the organisation, highlighting my commitment to solving problems efficiently.
