Currently employed at NXP Semiconductors as an Embedded SW Development manager responsible for the whole SW solution (Technical solution, People management, Resource management, Project planning and execution, Budgeting, Deliverable QA, team visibility). With more than 10 years of experience in embedded C/C++ development, I am looking for an interesting job anywhere in the world, in majority inspired by enhancing work experience in either development or management positions. I am used to both on-site and remote work environments in international companies, without any travel restrictions (short term). I would describe myself as result driven person with passion to what I am doing, unable to leave the prey until it's finished :-) Personally, very open person with good EQ able to coordinate people and keep the team spirit alive.
