Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, presenting relevant solutions, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation processes, handle objections, and close deals successfully. Ensure all sales transactions meet company standards and policies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and pursuing new leads, as well as managing and nurturing existing opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance marketing efforts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closed deals, using the company's CRM system.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably in a marketing or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and proposals to potential clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Flexibility to travel if required.
