Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, converting them into potential opportunities.
- Engage with prospects and leads, ensuring regular follow-ups to nurture relationships and close deals effectively.
- Facilitate a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team, providing them with essential information for successful conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, following company guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role in the marketing industry for 5 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
