  Our company, a global PropTech company that revolutionises the way we interact with the built environment, is looking for a new Customer Success Manager that will help us grow further with our client base. We aim to find a professional who will be responsible for managing the onboarding and success of our customers with global real estate portfolios stretching from APAC to EMEA and North America🌍.

  Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create value through understanding customers’ business needs and mapping them to our product capabilities. You will ultimately become a product expert and a dependable consultant for our customers during their whole lifecycle with Spaceflow. Responsibilities💪🏻




  • Customer Onboarding and Training: Help customers seamlessly integrate into our platform by providing comprehensive training and onboarding.
  • Proactive Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, anticipate and address concerns proactively, and strategize for long-term success.
  • Product Expertise: Establish a solid understanding of the Spaceflow platform to effectively guide customers to achieve valuable business outcomes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Seek opportunities to highlight customer success stories and gather feedback to continuously enhance our product.
  • Retention and Expansion: Analyse customer satisfaction and usage data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to expand within existing accounts.
  • Occasional travel required.





Experience & skills 🏊‍♂️




  • Fluent in German and English
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive problem solver with a passion for customer success
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite contact
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.





We'd love it if you had:




  • BA degree in relevant field
  • Experience in real estate tech is a big plus!
  • Czech or other languages
