Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create value through understanding customers’ business needs and mapping them to our product capabilities. You will ultimately become a product expert and a dependable consultant for our customers during their whole lifecycle with Spaceflow. Responsibilities💪🏻
- Customer Onboarding and Training: Help customers seamlessly integrate into our platform by providing comprehensive training and onboarding.
- Proactive Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, anticipate and address concerns proactively, and strategize for long-term success.
- Product Expertise: Establish a solid understanding of the Spaceflow platform to effectively guide customers to achieve valuable business outcomes.
- Customer Advocacy: Seek opportunities to highlight customer success stories and gather feedback to continuously enhance our product.
- Retention and Expansion: Analyse customer satisfaction and usage data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to expand within existing accounts.
- Occasional travel required.
Experience & skills 🏊♂️
- Fluent in German and English
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for customer success
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite contact
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
We'd love it if you had:
- BA degree in relevant field
- Experience in real estate tech is a big plus!
- Czech or other languages
