With 23 years of experience in the IT with global service delivery teams, I am an experienced service delivery professional, now seeking new opportunities to continue building on my career. Throughout my working history, I covered technical and managerial roles, moving from a 1st level operator position to high level Service Management roles such as : -Technical team leader -Client support Manager -Service delivery Manager (regional – client facing) -Team manager (30+ people) -Country Service Management lead -Service Availability Manager (international – client facing) - European IT Manager I have great problem determination skills, dedicated to creating solutions that enhance performance and efficiency of the Customer environment, while nurturing team skill and interlock growth, I have strong focus on teamwork and I always strive for high customer satisfaction and a more efficient and productive way of working through continual service improvement. I am now mainly looking for remote work positions not necessarily linked to a specific location, but I am open to all kind of opportunities.
