I have been working in the field of project management for 19 years. Over the years, I have managed several types of projects where the complexity and scope of the projects have varied. It has included variety of diverse projects with respect to product innovation and its launch coming usually together with essential technology upgrade or integration of new automated production line, related sub-systems and constructions. Project management requires a systematic approach to guide necessary processes and synchronize different stakeholder’s insights to achieve project goal. My experience working with international cross-functional teams has taught me the importance to build trusted relationships and inspire a shared project vision which enhance collaboration as key element to success. The ability to oversee all aspects of a project simultaneously, with attention paid to every detail but without losing site of the big picture, is one that I have mastered. Agility, attention to details as well as structured way of working coming with passion for everything new are my features for which I am famous with.
