Leading a 50-member team of external developers, I navigated the intricate landscape of IT infrastructure implementation, emphasizing meticulous project planning and development from the ground up. My responsibilities extended to efficient project budget management, regular monthly reporting to the National Bank of Slovakia, and the management of production teams, where I oversaw task assignments, monitored production costs, and ensured adherence to timelines.
