I received my master’s degree in „Information systems and technologies“ after graduating from the University of Economics in Prague. Since then Project management has become my main specialization. I focus on IT projects. I have managed complex projects for public sector as well as private sector customers with the budget over tens of millions CZK. I also have experience with managing international project teams. I apply approaches from widely used Projects methodologies in combination with best practices I have gained from previous projects, considering requirements and conditions of particular projects. The projects I have managed were mainly focused on IT security, mobile technologies, business intelligence, European IT systems and EU regulations.
