Hello, I am writing to express my great interest in the position of “Project (Senior) Manager”. After more than 15 years of project management experience in various industries, I have built a solid foundation in strategic planning, risk assessment, resource allocation and project execution. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, while exceeding client expectations. My expertise in using project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall along with my “problem solving” skills enable me to adapt to a dynamic project environment and effectively manage project scope changes. In previous roles, I successfully managed projects in the range of 2 - 30 million Euros, supervised teams of up to 30 professionals and consistently achieved high client satisfaction ratings. Using a proactive communication approach, I support open lines of dialogue with stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and efficient project process that ultimately leads to successful project completion. Additionally, my strong communication skills enable me to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and other team members.
