Osobní představení
have several years of experience in the analysis, development, and integration of ERP, CRM, and BI systems. I worked as the head of a small team responsible for internal development and integration within the IT department at Verlag Dashöfer. Currently, I am part of an implementation team managing the transition to SAP S/4HANA across the EMEA region. So far in the transition project, I have provided on-site hypercare support during rollouts in the UK, Germany, and Poland, assisting with training, testing with SMEs (subject matter experts), and more. I gained additional experience through my involvement in another SAP S/4HANA implementation for a different client, where I was responsible for UAT testing coordination, user training, and direct communication with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Project Management Office (PMO). I also supported the go-live phase, including hypercare support. I enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
