With almost two decades of experience in banking, management and business / IT consulting, I have led transformation projects across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, and other sectors. My background encompasses project management, organizational redesign, process re-engineering, and the implementation of innovative IT solutions, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth. In my role as an Independent Consultant at Solution-X, Ltd., I spearheaded the successful merger of two banks in Macedonia, culminating in the launch of an integrated banking entity in 2021. This project involved comprehensive strategy development, solution architecture design, and meticulous cutover execution, marking the first full merger of its kind in the country. A also led various large-scale transformation programmes including core banking replacements, billing solutions and new operating model implementations. Previously, as a Senior Manager at PwC and a Deloitte, I managed cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT implementations, including CRM systems and core banking solutions. My approach combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of market dynamics, enabling clients to navigate new market entries and business development initiatives effectively.
