With extensive experience in managing ERP implementation projects across various European countries, I bring a deep understanding of IT strategy, project management, and digital transformation. My expertise extends beyond traditional IT functions, focusing on innovation and efficiency in business process outsourcing (BPO). I joined Accace in 2012 as Group IT Manager, leading large-scale employee and manager self-service portal implementations for global clients. During this time, I played a key role in developing cutting-edge BPO solutions, building a team of dedicated professionals, and creating TULIP, a unique international cloud platform for business process management. Currently, I serve as Managing Director and paner in IT Company, driving digital transformation and operational excellence for businesses worldwide. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Informatics from the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic (2004). Fluent in Slovak and English, I am passionate about leveraging technology to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
