I work as a Product Owner on a complex system for asset management, equipment maintenance, and supply logistics, focused on defense and security environments. I coordinate the development team, manage the product backlog, and effectively align user needs with technical capabilities. I’ve been active in IT since 2006, with a strong background in systems analysis (especially UML) and the development of financial systems. My experience spans banking and insurance projects across Europe and Asia. Over the years, I’ve developed the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business worlds — translating complex technical concepts into language that clients understand, and vice versa. From 2015 to 2020, I ran a company focused on importing and selling used iPhones. Since 2024, I’ve been involved in the operation of a small car service business, where I designed and implemented both online and offline marketing, alongside internal process improvements. After moving to the wine-producing village of Bořetice in South Moravia, I’ve also started developing a new project related to wine :) I use AI tools in my everyday work and actively contribute to the integration of AI features into the products I help build. My strengths include: • Turning complex requirements into practical product solutions • Communicating effectively between technical and non-technical teams • Analytical thinking with a strong focus on real user needs • Designing clear training materials and presentations with user empathy in mind • Managing product backlogs and prioritizing development Open to conversations about product management, agile practices, and the use of AI not only in enterprise systems. --- Currently, I’m not actively looking for a full-time role, but I remain open to part-time or project-based collaborations — especially in the areas of product development, digital strategy, or AI integration.
