I have started my career in IT where as a business development specialist I have realised that I enjoy the technical related conversations while solving business pains. After that I kept supporting the business of the companies by helping to acquire the IT talents, that I had a chance to select and support their personal development. I enjoy the start up environment and scrum project management with agile attitude. I would love to support the projects that are human - centred: weather it comes to the recruitment or answering the needs for people development.
