Started as a Receptionist in a small 4-star hotel in Prague, nowadays, after more
than 7 years of successful experience in hospitality, I am capable of the processes
such as Guest Relations, Cleaning and Laundry services control, Quality
management, Sales, Reservations and Strategic planning. I am also very competent
with technology and comfortable learning new software. Experienced with
vacation rental websites (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc), different Property
Management Systems and Channel Managers. Advanced user of Asana (task
management platform) and Storyous (POS) and other software.
Due to my outstanding organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and a high
level of responsibility I was promoted to General Manager of an apart-hotel (around
50 apartments in several buildings of a Prague center) more than a year ago.
As an active traveler (passionate about arts, interior design and comfort) myself, I'm
very empathetic to the guests' needs, but at the same time, as a professional, I
understand the business rules and restrictions, so I use these advantages in my
decision-making process to reach an outstanding result.
